Fr. Soji Olikkal, a Catholic priest of the Birmingham Archdiocese in the UK, was inspired by the Holy Spirit in March 2014 to start a Catholic evangelistic magazine for youth. Aided by an inspired corps of volunteers, the magazine was launched by Archbishop Emeritus Kevin McDonald and first published in May 2014. In the first month alone, 5,000 copies were printed and distributed in UK. Since then, the magazine has spread to approximately 30 countries globally, including Ireland, Australia, Switzerland, Bahrain, Israel and Pakistan. The magazine was introduced in the US in August 2015.
KR is a global magazine that compiles soul-stirring articles from faithful Catholics around the world, especially youth. The editorial board of the magazine consisting of priests and laity who are well versed in Catholic theology and the teachings of the Catholic Church.
